Who's Who in Halloween Town:

Jack Skellington the Pumpkin King:
The king of Halloween and Halloween Town respectively. He's the one who wanted to invite everyone to experience the holidays. Always curious about new and exciting things, Jack is incredibly friendly and eager to meet all of the visitors. He's so pleasant and kind it's almost easy to forget that he is the master of fright. There is no one scarier than Jack Skellington. Unlike the any other resident in Halloween Town, Jack is the only one who has actually gone to visit the other holidays. Jack has done everything he can to make the visit to the other holidays as pleasant as possible, and he means well! However, what Jack may consider pleasant and what most people not born in Halloween Town consider pleasant can vastly differ.

Sally the Ragdoll
The Queen of Halloween Town (but not Halloween). Sally is Jack's wife and much calmer and less excitable other half. She's as kind and gentle as her husband, but tends to be more reserved. Sally is Jack's voice of reason, mostly because he doesn't listen to his own. She's the one who figured out that those visiting the holidays would need jobs and places to stay among other things. She tends to go along with Jack's ideas unless they're truly dangerous and will then speak up. She has a better idea of what the visitors may need and require for their stay. Jack adores Sally and vice versa, where as Jack would do anything to keep Sally safe, Sally is much more likely to prevent Jack from ever being in a bad situation. They balance each other quite well and she's very easy to talk to since she's much more calm than Jack.

Dr. Finklestein
Dr. Finklestein is the mad genius behind how everyone even got to Halloween Town and the other holidays. He's also the reason you have the Jack o' Laptops and that's only with half his brain! Dr. Finklestein is Sally's creator as well. He's always looking to create new things and new projects, regardless of the safety of others. Whenever Jack has a new scheme in mind, Dr. Finklestein is the one who helps him fulfill it. The only reason the doctor hasn't bothered with anything too maniacal is because he is good-natured, even if he's reckless with other people in general. He's constantly inventing new things and he's quite glad to have so many new test subjects! But his experiments sometimes do go awry so be careful when you see him asking for volunteers.

The Mayor
The Mayor may seem a bit out of place when you have the Pumpkin King and Ragdoll Queen as the leaders of Halloween Town, but make no mistake that he's not just an empty figurehead. The Mayor is the go-between the monsters and creatures of Halloween Town and Jack. He takes care of all the grand events and award ceremonies as well as seeing that the city runs smoothly. The Mayor may constantly seek out Jack's decisions and approval, but he's the one to see it all through and done. Incredibly nervous by nature, and a bit two-faced, the Mayor panics easily and stresses often, though he attempts to put on a brave face. He honestly wants the best for Halloween Town, it's why he's been voted back into office for so many decades! Although there was one year when a mummy gave him some stiff competition.

Other Holiday Leaders:

🎄 Santa Clause
Old Jolly St. Nick himself. He's everything one might expect of Santa. Kind and fat, jolly and with a deep love for peace on Earth and good will towards men! Married to the Mrs. and married to the job, Santa Clause is the leader of Christmas Town wanting to bring joy and happiness to children and adults alike. But don't let his jovial nature fool you, Santa Clause has quite the biting wit and will be quick to cut through any nonsense if it endangers someone. One of the most esteemed leaders of the holidays, Santa has a good deal of power among the holidays and has quite a bit of clout surrounding his name and actions. In fact, what Santa and Sally don't have the heart to tell Jack, is that if Santa hadn't backed Jack's idea about opening up the holidays to visitors, then it never would have happened at all. Jack, Sally, and Santa are all very good friends and when not tending to their own holidays, can often be seen in each other's holidays to visit the other.

💘 Lord Eros
Lord Eros is exactly what you might expect. Son of the goddess Aphrodite, he is the holiday leader of Valentines Day and rules over Valentine Village. The stories and myths you've heard about him have all been greatly exaggerated although he is indeed married to Psyche. He's not some little baby either. Eros is absolutely gorgeous but don't bother flirting with him, as he's pretty much wrapped around Pysche's little finger. That said, no one is a bigger fan of love than Eros (except maybe his mom). Eros wants everyone to experience love, even if it's fleeting. He agreed to the others coming to visit the holidays because he was tickled by the idea of all these new people he could meet and show love to. More a big brother who enjoys hugging and forgets personal space than a sex god (though he's that too), Eros appreciates all versions of love. While his mother, Aphrodite, used to be the ruler of the holiday, she felt too restricted by the laws of the Holidays and so passed it on to her son. Lord Eros favors lovers above all else. He likes to cause a bit of trouble, he often works close with Lady Fortuna, though if someone upsets Lady Fortuna, she'll ask he make someone unlucky in love and he tends to oblige, only letting up upon Psyche's request. He's good friends with Jack and Sally, happy to know that his arrow struck true for the two of them.

🌻 Easter Bunny
The Easter Bunny is a giant pink bunny who brings new life and heralds the spring time. The Easter Bunny is the Holiday Leader and ruler of Easter Island. An incredibly gentle soul, the Easter Bunny is timid like a rabbit tends to be. The Easter Bunny was the last to agree about joining Jack, seeing as they have a bad past between them. Easter Bunny is unable to speak, but is perhaps the best artist of all the holiday creatures. The Easter Bunny loves children and only interacts with children and Terra Harvest, who is the gentlest of the other holiday leaders in his opinion. He honestly only opened up his holiday to play with new children. He's been promised that those who enter his holiday will remain peaceful or he has the full right to close his holiday to the new guests.

🎉 Father Time
Father Time is the leader of New Years Metropolis and is the ruler of all time. He is the oldest of all the holiday leaders. There is a rumor that he was the one who created all the holidays making him the father of all the holiday leaders as well. Being an amiable sort, Father Time was quick to agree to Jack's idea with some help from St. Nick, besides, there's nothing he hasn't seen anyways. His daughter, Terra, is also a ruler of a holiday and is the light of his life. Despite the birth of every baby New Year, they aren't actually his children, though he raises them with love and affection. Father Time and Jack aren't really close, though they are on amiable terms. He is incredibly wise and everyone goes to him to seek advice although just as many fear him because of his abilities. Father Time, while wise, is also a bit... odd. Which is understandable, when you consider how long he's been alive. Father Time loves to meet people who love to live life to the fullest. People, even "immortals" have such achingly short lives, he likes to see people really cease the day.

Lady Liberty
Lady Liberty is the holiday ruler of Patriot Hamlet. She's a severe sort, taking everything seriously and unable to stand for any injustice. She only opened up her holiday with convincing from Santa as she does not trust Jack and his sort. Lady Liberty has a hard time relaxing and enjoying herself, often lamenting the loss of those who have died for their liberty. She is incredibly serious and rules over days dedicated to warriors and soldiers as well. Lady Liberty is incredibly strong and is an actual warrior, she has fought multiple battles. The only one she seems to enjoy talking to is St. Nick since he rewards and punishes injustice in children, in his own way. Despite her severe nature, she actually is quite welcoming, wanting liberty to be available to everyone regardless of who they are.

🎲 Lady Fortuna (Lady Luck)
Lady Fortuna or "Lady Luck to those she favors" is the ruler of St. Patrick's Hamlet. Lady Fortuna is one of the oldest holiday leaders, even older than St. Nick and Lord Eros. Lady Fortuna is fond of games of chance and wagers. She agreed to open up her holiday because of a literal flip of the coin. She has no feelings towards the new guests more than she does anyone else. However, she's never once lost a game, but she's more than welcoming to those who try, she might even favor you if you try. While Lady Fortuna rules St. Patrick's Hamlet, she also likes to have a bit of fun on Friday the 13ths, changing the scales of fortune for a bit of fun. Those who get in her good graces are blessed with good luck and fortune, as you might expect. However, she is one of the most dangerous Holiday Leaders, wreaking havoc when in a foul temper. A bit flighty, it might explain why faeries and leprechauns are so fond of her. But luck is known in all lands and she goes by many names, she's a friendly sort, honestly, but her fancy changes at mere whims. She's fond of Jack because of the risks he's willing to make, but she's also mad at him since he destroyed one of her favorites, Oogie Boogie.

🌽 Terra Harvest
Terra is the daughter of Father Time and is the ruler of Thanksgiving Village. Sweet and kind, she's very friendly and welcomed the idea of inviting all the new guests with gusto. After all, Thanksgiving is a time to reunite with family and share traditions. Her holiday isn't just about the American Thanksgiving, rather, she's connected to all harvests festivals and celebrations. She is good friends with Jack as their holidays are right next to one another. She's best friends with the Easter Bunny, since he brings new life and she is the growth of that life. Terra tends to make easy friends with anyone, though she can't stand anyone who doesn't work hard and expects to profit from laziness or "luck." She and Lady Fortuna tend not to get along, as she finds the older leader to rely on "laziness." Terra despises laziness. A good harvest isn't had by just lying around, after all, and hard work makes the feast that much more delicious!
