[Currently more amused than upset about this rather creative hallucination on his part - the realization that it wasn't one would come much later - Daryl couldn't help the smile he tried to hide. He wasn't particularly successful in that endeavor. Usually his hallucinations involved his brother, Merle. And he hadn't had one of those since Merle actually died. So the change in pace was actually a relief.
